what we collect, and why
Early-access ticket list. Your email address, and optionally your first name and trade. We use them to tell you when tickets go live, to send the early-bird price and to keep you posted about saddlesummit. Legal basis: your consent.
Exhibitor interest list. Your email address, brand or company, and optionally your name, country and whether you exhibited in 2026. We use them to contact you when exhibitor packages open. Legal basis: your request to be contacted (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in organising the event.
Tickets. Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner Ticketsoft. They process your order and payment details on our behalf, so we can admit you and send your tickets and invoice. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal (tax) obligations.
Emails to us. If you email us, we use your message and contact details to answer you.
how long we keep it
Interest-list data is kept until you unsubscribe, and no longer than two years after the last edition you showed interest in. Ticket and invoice data is kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your question.
your rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You also have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Just email info@saddlesummit.com; we reply within a month.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
