can anyone buy a ticket?
No — SaddleSummit is 100% B2B. Entrance is exclusively for saddle fitters, saddlers and saddle makers, manufacturers, dealers and tack shops.
when do tickets go on sale, and what do they cost?
Prices and ticket types are being finalised and announced soon. Join the early-access list and you'll hear first — including the early-bird price.
one day or the whole weekend?
Friday and saturday each have their own programme, so the full weekend gives you the complete line-up. Come early, stay late.
how do I buy my ticket?
Online, through the ticket shop on this website, as soon as sales open. People on the early-access list get an email the moment it's live.

what happens at saddlesummit?
Brands demonstrate their saddles in the arena — on horses, with riders, not on saddlestands. Then you walk to their stand to look, compare and talk shop.
is friday different from saturday?
Yes. Each day has its own programme and line-up in the demo arena. That's why we recommend the whole weekend.
what's new in 2027?
Deep-dive demos by guest experts, between the brand demos — including fresh insights from scientific research, shown on a real horse.
when is the detailed programme out?

what time does it start?
The 2027 times aren't fixed yet. They follow with the programme — join the list and you'll hear first.

where is it?
Hippisch Expertise Centrum, Pastoor Roesweg 45, 5398 HZ Maren-Kessel, The Netherlands — close to 's-Hertogenbosch.
how do I get there?
By car it's easy via the Dutch motorways — just stay south of the Maas. Flying in? Eindhoven is the closest airport; Amsterdam Schiphol and Düsseldorf are also within reach. By train, travel to 's-Hertogenbosch or Oss and take a taxi for the last stretch.
is there parking?
Yes, a large car park right at the venue. Parking is paid: buy your ticket in advance, or pay on-site at a higher rate.
are there partner hotels?
Not yet, we're working on it. Our list of places to stay nearby — from the village hotel to a castle — is on the travel & stay page.

how can my brand exhibit?
Join the exhibitor interest list. Places are limited and we're selective to keep the line-up diverse; we reach out when packages open.
what does exhibiting cost?
Packages and prices follow. The interest list hears first, with no obligation.

what should I bring?
Your ticket, your business cards and your questions. It's an equestrian venue in october, so comfortable shoes and a warm layer help.
is it for riders or horse owners?
No. SaddleSummit is exclusively for professionals who fit, make or sell saddles.
